TRANLY

Security

How we keep your documents, who processes them, and for how long. Each point below comes from our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

Retention

Deleted on schedule

We delete each upload and its translation automatically when its window closes. You do not have to ask.

Kept up to 30 days after the translation finishes, then deleted.

A plan may set a shorter window, and the shorter window always applies.

Closing your account erases them at once, except the records the law requires us to keep.

The window of each plan loads with the price list.

No training on your documents

We do not use your documents to train our models or anyone else’s. The providers that translate for us work under terms that forbid training on your content.

Your translation memory stays yours

The memory that keeps your terms consistent belongs to your organization. No other customer’s translation uses it.

Two-step sign-in

Anyone can protect their sign-in with an authenticator app, with single-use recovery codes for a lost phone.

What our staff can see

Our staff can see account details, usage, and the format, language and size of each job. They cannot see your documents, your translations or their file names. We record each visit to your account: who, when and why.

How we protect it

Encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access control with the least privilege, and a separate translation memory for each customer. Your card goes to Stripe, and we never store its number.

Export and erase

Download everything we hold about your account in one file, or close the account and erase it. Both are in your account settings, and neither needs a request to us.

For any other request, write to support@tranly.co. We answer a verified request within 15 days.

Where your data is processed

We operate from Brazil. The servers of the service, and each sub-processor below, are in the country shown in its row. Each transfer out of the country uses the safeguards the law recognizes, such as standard contractual clauses.
